Alumni Hall
Alumni
Hall houses the Alumni Grand Ballroom, the
Rendina Room, the Cottrell Conference Room and
the Joanos Conference Room. Directly in front of Alumni Hall is Pearl
Tyner House, which includes the Hillis Dining Room and Smith Drawing
Room.
Room
Rentals include the use of Alumni Center tables and chairs, initial
set-up of event space and basic audio-visual assistance. |

Alumni Grand Ballroom
The
ballroom is approximately 4320 sq. ft. (90 x 48) of carpeted space
surrounded by large windows and glass doors. Occupancy is
248 for plated service or
300+
standing or in theater-style seating arrangements.

Cottrell
Conference Room
This
conference room can be configured in board room or class room
arrangements and can comfortably accommodate
25-30 people. The room has full audio/visual capabilities.

Joanos
Conference Room
This
conference room houses a collection of FSU annuals and memorabilia. It
can accommodate approximately 15 people. The room includes a pull-down
screen and food service counter with sink.

Smith Drawing Room
Located
inside Pearl Tyner House (formerly known as McIntosh House), which
served as the presidential residence for eight university presidents,
the Smith Drawing Room is perfect for lunches,
dinners, small receptions, teas and cocktail parties.

Hillis Dining Room
Also located inside Pearl
Tyner House, the Hillis Dining Room is an excellent place for intimate
dinners. This dining area is suitable for approximately 10 guests.
Combined use of Smith Drawing Room and Hillis Dining Room can
accommodate 50-75 reception and cocktail guests.
