Alumni
Center clients are free to choose the caterer
most complementary in cost and presentation for their special event.
Event caterers are required to register with
Facilities & Services at (850) 645-2359
and must adhere to standard policies regarding the use of the Alumni
Center catering kitchen.
Alcohol Policy
Service of
alcohol is permitted on Alumni Center premises. Said service must be in
accordance with Florida State University guidelines and applicable laws.
All arrangements for service of alcohol must be approved by the Director
of Facilities & Services.
