Wedding rehearsals may be scheduled without charge from 3:30 p.m. – 5:00
p.m. on Friday afternoon preceding Saturday nuptials; however,
rehearsals scheduled post 5 p.m. will be charged an additional rate of
$150 per hour.
A changing room for bridal attendants can be provided for two (2) hours
prior to wedding ceremony for $200. This is for changing only and not
for hair styling or make-up application.

rates apply to bookings for active Alumni Association member and
immediate family. In order for corporate or non-profit entities to
receive the Alumni Association member discount, the booking Association
member must be a current member or employee of the licensee corporation
or non-profit organization.
Please
request quote for use of Presidential Garden, lawn and courtyard
areas.
Rental fee includes use of Center tables and chairs. Audio/Visual
assistance and extended equipment or service needs will be negotiated
independently and billed accordingly.
State of Florida sales tax at the rate of 7.5% will be automatically
added unless documentation of tax-exempt status is provided.
The
FSU Alumni Center offers personal choice catering; however, all
caterers must pre-register with the Director of Alumni Center Facilities
and Services and abide by Center guidelines regarding use of the Center
catering kitchen. |
